RELEASE
Use gentle, trauma-informed, science based, practices to release stored stress, anxiety, and tension from the body.

RESTORE
Experience a restored sense of safety and ease in your nervous system. You'll likely notice more energy, lightness, and groundedness both during class and for days, sometimes weeks, after.

RECLAIM
While each body and human differs and has varying needs, you'll leave class with access to greater levels of calm, peace, grounded energy, and joy.
How Release & Restore Works
During the class we'll use a variety of science-based tools and practices to support your nervous system, release stress and tension, and help you access inner peace and calm.
This class integrates:
- Gentle Breathwork and Movement
- Mindfulness and Centering Practices
- Polyvagal exercises
- Somatic practices
- Hypnotherapy and Guided Visualizations
Release & Restore is a LIVE, virtual class that takes place on Zoom. Recordings are not available.
