Event Descriptions

Group Coaching - A dedicated hour for reflection, checking in, and moving through obstacles. Julia coaches 2-3 women 1:1 on any issues, roadblocks or challenges they're facing. This is a space to bring what's keeping you stuck, learn from and get inspired by other women, and lift each other up. Video is not required but encouraged. 

Sisterhood Circle: Monthly connection, sharing, and growth. In circles we hold deep space, listen, share and validate, and work through different exercises to deeper embody each month's theme. Video participation is required.
